Payment and cancellation policy

 

1) Standard rate, direct payment, guarantee with credit card.
In order to confirm your reservation we require a valid credit card number as a guarantee. The total cost of your stay will only be charged upon check out or in case of a no-show. Reservations can be cancelled without incurring in any charges up to 7 days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days from you arrival or in case of a no-show, the full cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

 

2) Special offers, a non-refundable payment of the entire stay is required.
The entire amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card at the moment of booking and will not be refundable. It will not be possible to change dates or to cancel your reservation.

City Tax

The tourist tax requires a contribution of 3 euros per person per day for a maximum of 8 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. Other exemptions may apply.
